Training Specialists:

 

1.   Training Specialist (TO56)

Location: New Orleans, LA (Telecommuting Not Allowed)

Daily Responsibilities:

LTC Solutions is currently searching for a Functional Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME) for an opportunity in New Orleans, LA.  The desired candidate will analyze business and technical processes for the Navy's Human resources system. The processes analyzed and documented will be used to develop training material for the Navy personnel.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

The Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills and should be able to work efficiently individually or in a team environment.

The candidate must possess experience in documenting functional business processes.  The candidate should have a basic understanding of PL/SQL.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree)

Required Responsibilities:

  • 4+ years of strong PeopleSoft HCM experience
  • US Navy field experience and knowledge of Navy HR management database systems
  • Knowledge of US Navy administrative and HR Policies
  • Experience with NSIPS

 

2.   Senior Training Specialist - UPK (TO56)

Daily Responsibilities:

Join LTC Solutions and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. The Navy's Personnel Modernization (PersMod) team is searching for a Senior UPK Developer to join their program in New Orleans, La.

The candidate will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and others across the organization to update existing documentation and create new UPK documents for any new requirement.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

The Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills and should be able to work efficiently individually or in a team environment.

The candidate must possess experience in documenting functional business processes.  The candidate should have a basic understanding of PL/SQL.

  • 5 years of additional experience may be substituted for a degree
